In the on state, unscrew the tail cap until the light switches to Tactical mode, then tighten the tail cap.

Sorry, it comes with USB-C, and the MCC3 magnetic charging cable is not included in the package.
How long will it be fully charged?

It takes 3.5 hours with USB-C while it takes 5 hours with magnetic MCC3.
