Milwaukee Expands Metal Cutting Blade Line For Burr-Free Cool Cuts

June 2020 sees Milwaukee Tool expanding its metal-cutting circular saw blade lineup. Milwaukee promises these enhanced blades will exceed user expectations for even the most demanding metal cutting applications. They claim these blades last longer, cut cleaner, and cut faster, without needing any lubrication.

Burr-Free Cold Cuts

Milwaukee engineered the metal-cutting circular saw blades from hand-tensioned, hardened steel alloy. They’ve tipped the blades with carbide teeth using an alternating top bevel (ATB) grind. The result is a blade that shears through metal, leaving a burr-free and cool-to-the-touch cut.

Though you’ll ideally use a metal cutting circular saw with these blades, we did receive confirmation that you can use them with your standard circular saw as well. You will want to be conscious that your standard circular saw won’t offer the same level of protection from sparks or chip collection.

These Milwaukee metal-cutting circular saw blades come in sizes ranging from 5-3/8 inches all the way to 14 inches. Pick them up from Milwaukee distributors starting June 2020.
