When Skilsaw went out to redefine its image for the professional user earlier this year, we knew we were in for some solid circular saws. What weโre seeing is a vision that exceeds the tool theyโre so well known for. In 2016, Skilsaw is going after the professional with more than just circular saws โ they want to be known as the professionalโs saw brand, period.
Coming to the market are metal cutting saws of the chop and hand held varieties. Thereโsย also a new Skilsaw Worm Drive Table Saw that we hope to have in for review as soon as itโs available. Moreover is a fiber cement cutting circular. Itโs got integrated dust collection built in with the ability to switch out the 7-1/4โณ blade for traditional blades. This effectively makes it a multi-purpose circular saw with built-in dust collection. I happen to know that Kenny wants to get his hands on that one.
We saw most of these at STAFDA 2015 in Phoenix at the beginning of November. Hereโs an overview of whatโs to come.
