Nearly all veteran Pros have done it: pay big bucks for the big-name tools. And theyโre usually pretty goodโplus they come with a lifetime warranty. Typically, that helps justify the price. However, in a blind wrench test, I couldnโt tell the difference between the Wurth Zebra PowerDriv metric wrenches and the competition.

Perhaps the best partโthe Wurth Zebra line of hand tools include a lifetime warranty. At the time of this writing, the closest comparable big name set was over six times as expensive as the Wurth Zebra PowerDriv Metric Wrenches. Thatโs, uh, heart-wrenching!
What Makes a Good Wrench?
Having already checked out the Wurth Zebra T-Handle Ratchet Screwdriver, I had an inkling Iโd like these wrenches. The Wurth 071330140 11-piece wrench set has been on my cart for a couple of months, and Iโve been very pleased with it. While the Wurth Zebra PowerDriv metric wrenches donโt have an extra rounded grip, theyโre comfortable in the hand just the same.

Iโve used the Wurth Zebra PowerDriv Metric Wrenches for every task that calls for a good wrench. Iโve wrenched on battery cables, brake lines, and so on. A good wrench tightens and loosens a fastener without spinning or stripping. Both the 12-pt box and the open end of these Wurth wrenches securely gripped every nut and bolt I put them to.
This set also includes a 9mm wrenchโa bit of an uncommon size. As luck would have it, I actually ended up using it twice during the review. Thanks for including it, Wurth!
